The original recipe, created by Luigi Rossi in the 1860s, gave one of Piedmonte’s most popular and award-winning aromatic wines.
On the nose it has fruity aromas, with notes of guava and spices. In the mouth it reminds of sherry wine, with elements of herbs contained in gin. Its finish is “oaky” and peppery.
