CINZANO PRO SPRITZ WINE SPUMANTE DRY 750ML has pale straw yellow colour. Mid-sized pearlage with some persistence. Fresh fruity aromas of pear, apple and the subtlest hint of banana. Supported by some herbaceous and mineral nuances followed by some nutty notes. Crisp fruit flavours come through on the palate. Off-sweet, soft acidity with the residual sugar adding a touch of smoothness. Specifically blended and marketed to be the Spumante of choice when mixing an Aperol Spritz, which is a joy to behold. Very easy to pair, it’s a perfect fit for every kind of appetizer, as well as first and second courses made with seafood, white meat and vegetables, even when citrus fruits are used in preparation.
