Château Sainte Marguerite, Symphonie Cru Classé Blanc, 2020 BIO

Produced from a 15 hectare vineyard with excellent drainage, and stony ground containing quartz and clay. Rolle, or in italian Vermentino is a variety with excellent samples in Provence. Strongly aromatic, but also elegant with spicy perfumes of vanilla, honey, grapefruit, lime, notes of herbs and floral shades.

Maturation: Pre fermentation cold extraction and alcoholic fermentation in controlled low temperatures. Maturation lasts for 8 months in french barrels.
