During its long « journey » to and into the underground layers of the soil, it undergoes changes in its physical and chemical composition, acquiring its unique characteristics. Its balanced and unchanging composition is a product of natural absorption of minerals from the geological formations that it encounters on its way to the source. There, at the foot of the Mitsikeli mountain range, protected from any external influence and pollution of the environment, it is picked up and sent for immediate bottling, directly from the source.
