Our pasta is made from millstone ground wheat flour. They are processed and shaped using traditional Italian bronze molds and dried at low room temperature. They boil in 4 minutes and remain uniformed, aldente, firm with a texture and taste that will amaze you. Mixed with mushroom powder from our production, garlic, thyme and pepper in a unique flavor combination. Dirfis shitake mushrooms are mixed with pure samolina flour to create an exceptionally aromatic and tasty pasta.
